Recipe – for Spaghetti with apples


Ingredients for 6 portions:

  • 1/2 kg spaghetti
  • 5 sour apples
  • Lemon juice
  • 5 spoons of sunflower seeds
  • 4 spoons of raisins
  • 300 ml of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 spoons of white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • Salt
Wash the apples and cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix cream with white sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.

Cook spaghetti and place into a mould together with apples, pour the cream sauce onto it, sprinkle with raisins and sunflower seeds. Bake for approximately 35 minutes in temperature of 180oC. Add sugar for taste.

Baked bananas


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of maize flour
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon of muscat
  • 7 ripe bananas
Heat the oven to 175oC. Mix flour with honey. Add water carefully. Boil the mixture while constantly stirring. Add butter, lemon juice and muscat.
Peel bananas and place them in a baking vessel.
Pour the ready mixture onto the bananas.
Bake for 15 minutes, serve hot!

Fruit porridge


Ingredients

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1/2 cup of instant porridge
  • 3 teaspoons of peeled and grated apple
  • 3 teaspoons of whortleberries
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (brown is preferred)
Pour hot water over the porridge and leave under cover for a few minutes. Add the fruit, carefully stirring, and sugar. Serve immediately when ready :)
